By using our services/APP/website you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions which may change from time to time without any notice.
PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF USE THOROUGHLY AND CAREFULLY. The terms and conditions set forth below constitute a legally-binding agreement between WAT A WASH and you.

Payment Policy

All prices are subject to change without notice. All invoices must be paid in advance or on collection of garments or as otherwise directed by us and we reserve the right to retain your goods until payment in full is received.


Pick-up and delivery will be at our top priority. We will try to honor the times that you have specified for the pick-up and delivery, however, due to certain restriction and delays, we shall not be liable for delays. We are not responsible for the Laundry left with unauthorized person. Unless itemized list is sent with the Laundry, our count must be accepted. In the event that garments are not accepted within thirty (30) days of delivery we reserve the right to dispose off them and shall not be held liable for any loss that you may suffer in such an event.


To protect your garments, we follow the Care Label instructions on each garment we process. In case of no label we use our best suitable method to process. We examine each garment after we receive them at our warehouse and notify if any damage is observed. However, we do not guarantee that every damage will be identified before processing.


We exercise utmost care in processing garments received to avoid misplacement or loss of items. However, there may be instances where items may get misplaced or lost. Please check your clothes thoroughly at the time of taking delivery. Afterwards, no claim for less quantity damage of clothes or whatsoever nature will be entertained after delivery of clothes. In case of any discrepancy please inform us at the time of taking delivery so that we can check the same. Our liability with respect to any loss of items shall not exceed five (5) times our charge for cleaning that garments regardless of brand or condition.


We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing of garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials (such as sun fading on curtains etc.) which may result in tear or the development of holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. In dry-cleaning and laundering we cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, embroidery color bead, buttons pasting damage or any kind of wear and tear and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. Our liability with respect to any damage to garments caused by us not exceed five (5) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition.


Please check all of your garments for any valuable things prior to handing over to us. If we find any valuables in your garments, we will make every effort to return them to you but we cannot be held liable for the loss of any such articles, money etc. that are forwarded to us.


We inspect every garment before returning them to you to ensure that they meet our strict quality measures. It should be noted however, that we may not be able to remove all stains safely from your garments but we will make every attempt to remove stains.


As a customer, you may cancel your order at any time until the order has been processed. In such a case we will refund payments, if any, already made by you under the relevant order. After processing of clothes refund is not possible. Also, you need to bear the pick up charges in case of clothes are collected by our executive from your door step.


All disputes to be settled in Delhi Jurisdiction only.
